Access to one golf suite per card per visit during VIP hours

A member is allowed to bring up to five guests during these hours and not pay a bay rental fee. The designated individual(s) on the membership agreement may check in using their mobile number and valid ID. For Corporate VIP Memberships only, others employed by the organization and in possession of the shared member access card may check in with Guest Services to receive the member benefits. Access to golf bays/suites is based on availability, outside of Suite Shots sponsored events and leagues. The free outdoor bay is for walk in only.

Priority Access During VIP Hours (4 times/month), “Jump the Line” privileges (once/week)

The VIP Membership does not provide a reservation. The membership provides priority access at the time of the walk in during VIP Hours. When VIP Members check in with the member access card or phone number, the membership will be recognized and move them to the top of the bay queue, behind any other VIP Member who have checked in earlier. This is available to use four (4) times per month. Requests for specific bays or level may extend wait times. Outside of VIP Hours, members have the privilege of utilizing their “Jump the Line” one (1) time a week.

20% off hourly game play outside of VIP hours

During PEAK hours, VIP Members receive 20% off the bay rental hourly rate at the time of arrival. One bay per member card.

Exclusive PuttView Experience Add On (optional)

Adding this exciting feature to the membership does come at a cost but it’s a great addition! For only $60/month or $500/year you can enjoy five (5) each week using this technology. Guests are allowed once per month at $20/hour per guest. PuttView will be reserved though a tee time system made through the golf academy.

Access to Member locker room & one free locker rental (IF AVAILABLE.)

Lockers are available on first floor for Members. One entrance key fob is provided per member access card. This fob gives you access to the locker room. One complimentary locker is provided per Corporate VIP membership. An additional locker can be rented monthly at the current locker rate.

10% off food and beverage/alcoholic beverage purchases

Members receive a 10% discount on all personal food and beverage purchases made during their visit. The Member may pay the entire bay tab and receive the discount however it is not offered on split checks. The member access card must be shown to the server, bartender, or bay host to receive the benefit.

10% off Banquet Room rental

The hourly rental rate for a banquet room is discounted for Members. Receive 10% off the total room rental fee for each event. Corporate VIP Members must inform the Suite Shots staff when the member access card is being used by designated staff from the organization in booking an event.

20% off event bay rates

For groups needing more than one bay, VIP Members receive 20% off event bay rates or golf fees. Private Events guarantee all bays are together and ready when scheduled. Only designated employees of the Corporate VIP Member organization may plan, sign, and pay for events.

10% off Suite Shots “soft goods” and apparel

To “suite ‘n” the deal, Members receive a discount on swag and clothing sold at Guest Services, displayed in our lobby. Excludes golf equipment.

20% off Indoor Simulator rental

Another entertainment option available is the Full Swing Simulator. With five (5) available to rent, you can enjoy a variety of virtual courses and over 13 different interactive experiences ranging from football, baseball, soccer, zombie dodgeball and more all year long. Call the events department or walk in to reserve. Mention your membership card to receive the discount.

Invitation to Member exclusive events

Throughout the year, Suite Shots will host Member Only gatherings or “members first” sign up for events.

FREe DAYTIME room rental. (Corporate VIP Members Only)

Available 7AM – 4PM, requires food & beverage minimum. Must be booked Monday-Friday. Suite Shots has five (5) banquet rooms of various sizes and cost. Limited to 4 hours, at no cost. Additional hours are available with a 10% discount.

One (1) FREE Evening Event room rental per year. (Corporate VIP Members Only)

Suite Shots has five (5) banquet rooms of various sizes and cost. Members may reserve a single banquet room at any time or day based on availability, limited to 4 hours, at no cost once per year. Additional hours are available with a 10% discount.

Shareable Access Cards for staff within the corporation (Corporate VIP Members Only)

A business may purchase cards for up to six (6) authorized users. These assigned individuals can be changed only at the time of membership renewal. If an assigned user leaves the organization, an exception can be made. Please contact the Director of Sales for this request. The Member Access Cards can be shared amongst others employed by the company. They must show the shared membership card at the time of use to receive the member benefits.

One (1) FREE custom club fitting or golf lesson per year. (Individual VIP Members Only)

Individual VIP Members may receive either a complimentary club fitting or a private golf lesson any time during the membership year. The lesson must be scheduled with a Suite Shots golf professional directly. (12-month commitment required)

A membership card is provided once the membership application and payment are processed. If a card is damaged or lost, please inform the Director of Sales to send out a replacement. Each membership account may only have one active card per user at any given time. Printing a new card will deactivate the previous card.

Mobile Screen Shot Authorization: Authorized signers may use a mobile screen shot of the membership card and show a matching valid photo ID to check in. For example: The Member name on the Member Access Card photo must match the member showing ID at check in. Others within the organization using the membership must show the physical card to receive the benefits.
